Weekend shopping and funtimes~

I enjoyed my first Friday free from work yesterday~ It was so awesome. Ended up waking up early. I thought about going back to sleep, but I was like screw that and played Terraria for much of the morning.

It was a productive morning I must say. I learned I have a sadistic side as I watched enemy after enemy go into little pools of lava... Yes yes.

But other than that, I just enjoyed my day in anticipation of the shopping I would do later that afternoon with my mom. I even showered and put on makeup all for just going out doing everyday, pedestrian shopping. The makeup part was because I wanted to make sure I would buy makeup remover while I was out or else I'd be cursing myself spending hours in the mirror getting rid of my lovely lashes.

First stop was Bath and Body Works. It was disappointing because they were sold out of what I wanted. I had no idea they were redesigning the packaging for the body sprays as the reason they were selling them all at a deep discount.

So disappointing :(

Next stop was DSW with my mom. She just wanted to do a return. We hadn't long since been there and the shoes were the same ones there last time. Nothing exciting there.

Then the main attraction was Target :D I just had to attack the dollar section for some magazine files for my future bookcase (which was sadly not in stock).

Been wanting to get some forever to do something with all my old issues of Shojo Beat that were sitting on top of one of my chests of drawers. Because I couldn't get the bookcase yet, they're now neatly on top of my chest of drawers.

There was a lot of just looking around at stuff getting ideas in Target... <3 I'll be back later.

Got a few other little things (including that makeup remover) and I finally got the Vanilla Coke Zero of my dreams~

It's what my dreams are made of...

And today went back out shopping again in the next city. It was kinda a whim. We were halfway there and I kinda wanted to do more looking for stuff since yesterday I was a little disappointed...

And oddly, we made pretty much the same stops. First to B&BW where they had just what I wanted and plenty of it. Honestly, this store was more well-stocked and the sales staff was way more friendly.

Finally got a full-sized version of my fav scent from this summer, Paris Amour, plus a tiny bottle of a potential new fav scent for this spring, Pink Chiffon (more on that one later). Quite happy for the redesign because this was cheap and the new bottle looks much much better.

Then we went to Target and managed to not buy a single thing from the dollar section. But they had some sheet sets for 70% off. When you have a queen-sized bed, you DO NOT walk away from sheet sets that are under $10. They were just like $8 XD XD XD XD They're hot pink. I had a lot of colors to choose from but I have never had pink sheets before :)

And with that, I'm done spending. Next week on is saving. I'm a girl with dreams and dreams don't come true when you're broke.

And I'm done with this post... I can't think of a non-awkward way to end it...
